I had a problem with my insurance, as they didn't want to pay 'cause in their opinion the actual value was below the cost for repair so they declared it a total loss and offered to pay me 5.000 for compensation. Lukily I own a legal costs insurance and was able to argue with my insurance company at no personnel risk. Outcome: 2 expertises declaring the value of the bike resulting in getting paid the whole sum to have the bike repaired. Espesially for a Sportclassic or PS by conducting a market survey - thats what they did in my case - it should be easily to win a law suit against the insurance company. And luckily I could do this without having to fear any costs because of my legal costs insurance. otherwise, I would have had do accept the insurances desicion.

    Took me a while, but here's my video of the 2016 Friday Night Parade at World Ducati Week in Misano. You'll find also a Paul Smart, GT and Monoposto on it ... and of course lots of other Ducatis. According to the WDW-Website there have been more than 6.000 bikes within the parade.

    Du, mit einer Sport als 2.Motorrad und Hauptbewegung bei der Pani werden sich die Mehrkosten für die Sport in Grenzen halten. Ist zumindest bei mir mit der Monster so gewesen (bisher). Grad mal ein neuer Reifensatz und Pickerl. Aber irgendwann kommt das Service, das halt schon :-) Bist auf der WDW?
